Starters

Asparagus with olive oil and parmesan

Skewers of chilli marinated prawns with chilli mayonnaise and rocket salad

Salad of barbecued Home Farm bacon, Gorsehill Abbey Farm St. Eadburghs cheese and barbequed local tomatoes with balsamic vinaigrette.

 

Main Courses

Choose three of the following per person (or two if you want a larger portion of each):

 

Sirloin  steak lightly marinated in barbecue sauce

Skewers of sirloin stroganoff with creamed mushroom sauce 

Harrissa marinated lamb steak

Harrissa marinated lamb fajitas with coriander yogurt

Free range organically reared Chadbury chicken poached in plum and brandy wine wrapped in parma ham

Honey and mustard Home Farm pork loin steaks with glazed apples

Fillet of salmon skewered with basil

Donninton trout fillets marinated in coconut and lime

Blackened cod

 

 

Or a vegetarian option:

Stuffed courgettes

Falafel kebabs with houmous

Grilled peppers filled with sundried tomato cous cous

Barbecued vegetable skewers with pesto

 

For children:

Home farm beef burgers

Home farm sausages

Plain grilled chicken

Choose either:

 

Potato salad with crème fraîche and chives

Barbecued potato skewers

 

Salads

 

Cucumber, yogurt and mint

Tomato and basil salad

Salad of spinach, cherry tomato and Gorsehill Farm’s St. Agnes cheese

Red pepper,  fresh herb and sultana  cous cous

 

Dessert

Choose either:

 

Barbecued Pineapple with homemade Malibu ice-cream

Skewers of strawberries with white chocolate dip

Chargrilled bananas in toffee sauce

Barbequed poached pears with honey and yogurt

Barbequed mango wth homemade dark rum ice cream

 

Delivered chilled for you to barbeque £26.50 inc VAT per person

(An additional 10.00 delivery charge will be made)

Cooked on the barbecue by our chef and served by waiting staff £35.50 inc VAT per person.
