A deluxe menu to celebrate New Year's Eve in style, either a meal to finish in your home with simple instructions or your meal cooked and served in your home.

 

Menu

 

Starter

Terrine of foie gras, Chadbury free-range chicken and wild mushroom wrapped in parma ham with wild yellow plum compote

Seared scallops with parsnip puree and champagne sauce

Roast butternut squash risotto with toasted coconut and chilli

 

Main Course

Breast of pheasant with cointreau and orange sauce

Loin of lamb with spinach and black pudding stuffing

Bubble and squeak stuffed savoy cabbage parcels with artichokes, Oakfield mushrooms and red wine vinaigrette

All served with dauphinoise potato, roast celeriac and french beans

 

Dessert

Raspberry crème brulée

Sticky toffee pudding with sticky toffee pecan sauce and Cotswold clotted cream

Pear and blackberry tart with crème anglaise

 

To finish in your home with simple instructions

£35 per person + VAT

 

Cooked by our chef and served by our waiting staff in your home
