on the day of delivery, or delivered to you frozen. From frozen they just take 45 minutes to defrost from the freezer or 10
minutes in the oven.

The mince pies I make have fresh crisp pastry and a light frangipane and
almond topping. You get a burst of the finest mincemeat, rather than a mouthful of pastry which is what you may be used
to from shop brought products.
