are now made from the flour from the Overbury Estate between Evesham and Tewkesbury.
When you open the bag of flour , smell. It smells real, and fresh. Then feel the grains - almost
like a tiny version of polenta - you get a marvellous texture, a real sense of quality.
The bread you end up with has a nutty, distinctive flavour.
