Manor house and 5 cottages based in Kemerton, near Tewkesbury. Guests have the run of the 15 acres of garden and
grounds which centre around the beautiful 2 acre lake, a wilderness that is home to a variety of wildfowl, swans, ducks and
geese that all love to be fed! We coook for many of their guests' family birthdays, anniversaries and hen parties.
The Coach House sleeps 10 - 11, The Watermill Cottage sleeps 10, The Courtyard sleeps 6 - 8, The Stables 4 - 5 and the Garden
Flat & Dovecote both sleep 2. Small weddings can be served in the dining room, and larger weddings can be catered for
in a marquee on the lawn.
Four 5 star Cotswold houses with a contempory feel near Moreton in Marsh and Chipping Campden. Ideal for
large family/ or business gatherings, nestled in a tranquil valley, set far away from the nearest country lane up a long,
tree-lined drive. You’ll be surrounded by open countryside, big skies and wildlife, yet within easy reach of delightful
local towns like Chipping Campden, Broadway, and Stratford-upon-Avon. And plenty of opportunities for country pursuits
too. We have been catering very successfully at both houses since they started.
Houses sleep 16, though as they are all
close by some groups have taken 2 or more houses and met up at the largest for meals/ activities/ meetings.
A large luxurious regency house in Slimbridge, near Stroud with
many reception rooms tastefully decorated to reflect the period, ornamental gardens, and my favourite feature, a large
kitchen with a view and an aga. Close to Slimbridge wildfowl park. Sleeps 14.
A large luxurious period house close to London on the M4. As Rectory Park it offers the finest interiors
and furniture. Right next to The Cotswold Way there are great walks nearby, and it is close to Bath - every tourists'
favourite town. Sleeps 10 + 2

Broad Marston Manor, a historic nine-bedroomed country house of mellow Cotswold
stone dating back to the reign of Henry III, and the Boathouse, a large contempory barn conversion on the edge of a pretty
riverside village sleeping up to 16, are both ideally situated for Stratford on Avon. They provide an ideal venue for
large family holidays or weekends, small corporate events including Team Building, Away Days and Management Training.
Littleton Manor is a historic 17th century Manor house approximately 5 miles from the riverside, market town
of Evesham. The house sits in 2 acres of semi-formal gardens which include wide, sweeping lawns, leafy arbours and a lavender
and box Knot Garden to the front of the property. It sleeps up to 25, though if you have local friends who you want to invite
for dinner, the dining table seats up to 28.
A courtyard of five ancient stone barns near Ross on Wye each carefully restored by skilled local craftsmen, featuring
lime mortared stone walls, spiral stone stairs, with oak and slate floors. The barns are fitted to the highest five star standards
with under floor heating, gourmet oak kitchens with granite surfaces and luxurious slate bathrooms. Barns sleep from 2 up
to 27 people. Parties of 12 - 16 can take two interlinking barns.
Dating from the mid 17th century, Swan House, near Stroud is a sumptuously
furnished Grade II listed country house in a charming 'secret' village. The house is set in two acres of well tended
gardens, with its own spring fed trout lake and river frontage which makes a fantastic backdrop for an alfresco summer dinner
party such as the one we served this year. Sleeps 12.
A Grade II Listed home set in the heart of Burford, Wysdom
Hall is a house steeped in history dating back to the 15th Century, offering the incoming guest a wonderful experience
that captures the history of this famous market town in truly magnificent surroundings. Sleeps 16. Absolutely perfect for
large groups or family gatherings who appreciate the very best.
Windfall’s luxurious blend of old and new with sumptuous free standing
baths and even its own baby suite, fully equipped for the youngest guest, is situated in its own private gardens on the edge
of the village of Beckford near Tewkesbury.
Enjoy uninterrupted views South towards the Cotswold
escarpment over the owners adjoining orchard, home to their ducks and hens who may even lay you a few fresh eggs to enjoy
at breakfast.
Altogether Windfall Cottage is an idyllic and indulgent retreat that once found
can be very hard to leave.
