A whole hog or lamb roast is ideal for an more informal event and when
you are feeding a large amount of people. It makes a great talking point, both while it is cooking, while it is being carved,
and afterwards when everyone comes back for more.
A whole lamb will feed up to 80 - 100 and a pig will feed up to 150.
We use lamb and Berkshire/ Gloucester Old Spot cross pigs from Home Farm in Bredons Norton - often when we serve them they are only a few miles away
from where they were raised.
