The menus below are for ones we have served before. We can also prepare a bespoke menu to your budget. Previous buffets have included a thai themed buffet served as over-large canapes, carribbean theme, and an all vegetarian buffet. Contact us for details. Some previous requests can be seen by clicking here

Prices per person includes coffee & tea, VAT and chef and waiting staff to cook serve and clear afterwards. China, glasses, cutlery and linen not included - we can arrange this with our local hire company if required. Our own serving equipment provided free of charge for catered buffets.

 Buffet dishes can also be delivered chilled ready for you to heat and serve £10.00 less per person.

Please give a minimum of 2 days notice.
Please advise of any allergies.
While meals may not contain nuts they are cooked in a kitchen where nuts are used.

Starters

Homemade soup - many varieties available

Homemade terrines - many varieties available (click here for some we have made previously)

Homemade salmon gravadlax with mustard and dill dressing and beetroot salad

Smoked chicken and orange salad with citrus dressing

Classic ceaser salad with bacon, croutons and parmesan

Caramelised red onion and goats cheese filo tart

Grilled tiger prawns with fennel and apple salad

Roast asparagus with new potato salad and earl grey vinaigrette (in asparagus season)

Antipasti platter - can be meat, fish or vegetarian based

 

Main courses

 Beef bourguignon

Venison cottage pie

Lamb and apricot tagine

Irish stew with herb dumplings

Shepherds pie with colcannon topping

Coq au vin (can be made with red or white wine)

Oriental style Home Farm pork

Slow cooked 6 hour Home Farm pork belly (or shoulder) in cider

Roasted salmon with lentils piperade

Medley of seafood with saffron and herb sauce

Coconut crusted fishcakes

Spinach, chickpea and sun dried tomato lasagne

Lentil shepherds pie

Baked butternut squash filled with pearl barley risotto & toasted pumpin seeds

Sweet potato cakes with vegan mushroom stroganoff

Grilled polenta topped with sweet and sour leeks

Honey roast root vegetables

Roast Mediterranean style vegetables (ideal for summer)

Salad of grilled asparagus and parmesan

Tartlets of Gorsehill Abbey Farm St. Agnes cheese with caramelised red onion

Marinated melon in mulled wine

Cous cous salad with roasted vegetables

Niçoise salad with balsamic dressing

Caeser salad

   

Choice of three main dishes

Smoked Donnington trout parcels

Beef Wellington with peppercorn dressing

Roast sirloin of beef with horseradish and mustard

Salad of Chadbury duck with sesame and orange dressing

Elderflower poached salmon with cucumber salad

Salad of Free-range Chadbury chicken with tarragon mayonnaise

Selection of dried meats with pickles and homemade bread

Salad of smoked chicken, orange, roast peppers and coriander


All served with mixed salad and/ or vegetables and mustard and honey dressed new potatoes
